- Resident Centered Care: Promotes Service excellence through assisting residents, families and Interdisciplinary team members in meeting the needs of residents. Maintains a courteous, helpful demeanor and provides timely and accurate assistance to residents, families team members, and visitors.
- Documentation: Accurate, comprehensive and timely documentation of resident care assessment, interventions and outcomes in alignment with Bethany policies and procedures. Assembles and maintains the Resident Health Care record in an accurate and up to date manner.
- Safety: Contributes to a safe environment for residents, the team and self by understanding and adhering to safety guidelines and practices at all times. Identifies and mitigates unsafe conditions in the work environment, including immediate reporting of any unsafe conditions.

- Grade 12 Diploma
- Unit Clerk Certificate preferred
- 1-2 year's experience as a Unit Clerk
- Previous experience with geriatrics is preferred
- Requires computer experience with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word
