SUMMARY
The Assistant Practice Manager plays a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our primary care center that focuses on value-based care. Under the guidance of the Regional Director of Operations, the Assistant Practice Manager assists in implementing value-based care strategies, managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare services. This position provides an opportunity to develop skills and gain experience in healthcare administration within a value-based care environment.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist in implementing operational policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure efficient center operations.

Support monitoring and evaluation of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to patient experience, quality of care, and financial performance.

Assist in coordinating with healthcare providers, support staff, and other stakeholders to streamline workflows and optimize resource allocation.

Aid in scheduling, patient registration, and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.

Collaborate with clinical teams to support the implementation of value-based care initiatives aimed at improving patient outcomes, preventive care, and care coordination.

Assist in analyzing healthcare data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to implementing strategies to achieve value-based care goals.

Contribute to promoting patient engagement and shared decision-making through patient education programs and tools.

Assist in providing support to administrative and support staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.

Aid in conducting performance evaluations and providing regular feedback to staff members.

Assist in ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, including maintaining accurate personnel records and supporting employee scheduling.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION

Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field.

Basic understanding of value-based care models, quality improvement methodologies, and healthcare regulations.
CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

Medical Assistant Certification (preferred but not required)
