Job Goal:
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Print Center Data Analyst. The person in this position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and strategic decision-making by transforming complex data into actionable insights. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both internal stakeholders and external partners.
Qualifications:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, or a related field
Experience
- 4 years of experience in a data analysis or business intelligence role
- Demonstrated success in financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
Special Knowledge and Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a print center, manufacturing, or production environment
- Familiarity with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques
- Understanding of databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes
- Knowledge of pricing models and elasticity analysis
- Hands-on experience with Pace MIS system and job ticketing workflows
- Working knowledge of Smartsheet or similar project management tools
Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of data from multiple sources to support operational and strategic initiatives.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights to support business decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
- Document data models, reporting processes, and analytical methodologies.
- Recommend process enhancements based on data analysis.
- Support the adoption and integration of new analytical tools and technologies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and track business metrics over time.
- Assist in forecasting and predictive modeling.
