Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team and operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who excels at managing multiple responsibilities, keeping teams organized, and ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations. The position requires discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all customer communication, including inquiries from potential clients and ongoing support for existing clients.
- Maintain organization and productivity by managing calendars, tasks, deadlines, and project timelines for the team.
- Coordinate with external partners, lawyers, and service providers to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist with business operations, including administrative tasks, document management, and internal correspondence.
- Oversee and manage company content on social media platforms to maintain brand consistency.
- Support internal projects and tasks related to our services (training will be provided).
- Maintain professionalism in all communications and interactions.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, operations coordinator, or administrative professional.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable managing digital communication, calendars, and team workflows.
- Proficiency with social media platforms, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and other administrative tools.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow processes and ensure accuracy.
- Experience in customer service, business operations, or project coordination is highly desirable.
