Position Overview
The Administrative & Customer Service Representative will play a dual role in supporting the company’s administrative operations and delivering front-line customer service. This individual will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and service needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, service requests, and company policies.
- Translate information and assist Spanish-speaking customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
- Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management.
- Process payments, maintain records, and prepare routine reports.
- Coordinate with field staff and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
- Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with projects.
- Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (utility or service industry experience a plus).
- Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
