Position Overview

The Administrative & Customer Service Representative will play a dual role in supporting the company’s administrative operations and delivering front-line customer service. This individual will be responsible for managing office tasks, coordinating communication, and assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and service needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide friendly, professional, and timely customer service via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Handle customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, service requests, and company policies.
  • Translate information and assist Spanish-speaking customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.
  • Perform administrative duties such as data entry, filing, scheduling, and document management.
  • Process payments, maintain records, and prepare routine reports.
  • Coordinate with field staff and other departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
  • Support office operations by ordering supplies, managing correspondence, and assisting with projects.
  • Uphold company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative or customer service experience (utility or service industry experience a plus).
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) required.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
