Position Summary

Wesley Manor is seeking a dynamic Sales Director to connect prospective residents with our vibrant retirement community.  In this role, you'll lead outreach, build relationships, and ensure every resident feels welcomed and supported.  If you're passionate about serving others and thrive in a people-focused, rewarding environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

 

Duties and Responsibilities

*  Own the occupancy plan; Build and execute a sales strategy to meet monthly move-in occupancy, and revenue goals.

*  Convert with confidence; Lead engaging tours, one-to-one consultations, and follow-ups that turn inquiries into move-ins with integrity and empathy.

*  Grow referral networks; Cultivate strong, ongoing relationships with hospitals, physicians, case managers, and community partners.

*  Work your pipeline; Use our CRM daily to track leads, forecast, and report on conversion metrics; partner with the corporate marketing team on campaigns and events.

*  Collaborate to win; Partner with operations, finance, and life enrichment to ensure a seamless, five-star experience from first contact to move-in and beyond.

*  Know your market; Monitor competitors and trends, bring fresh insights that keep Wesley Manor the provider of choice.

 

Job Qualifications/What you bring

*  Required: High school diploma (or equivalent), strong verbal/written communication, advanced computer skills and CRM comfort

*  Preferred:  Bachelor's degree and experience with digital tools (CRM, social media, email marketing)

*  Background: 2+ years in sales, customer service, advertising, or marketing - ideally in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, or high-consideration services

*  Strengths:  Consultative selling, organization, attention to detail, resilience, and genuine empathy for older adults and their families
