Job Description:

  1. Daily / Monthly Shipment Plan: Ensuring daily Shipment completion. 
  2. Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources. Specially Production & Finance
  3. Purchase Order & OES checking :Getting Orders Punched in system
  4. Sales Report: Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Sales report
  5. Marketing Goodies Handling & ordering : Exhibition Preparation, Coordination with Vendors
  6. Follow-up for payment with Dealer & Direct Customers & Proforma Invoice submission

Additional Comments:

  • Coordinate with Production & finance closely
  • Good Interaction and Ready to take challenges

Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:

  • Experience and knowledge of Excel / Power Point, Coordination with team, Vendor

Working Conditions:

  • Should be able to handle vendors and ready to Travel 
     

Additional Requirements:

  • Good Communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Should be a good team player
  • Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
  • Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented
