Job Description:
- Daily / Monthly Shipment Plan: Ensuring daily Shipment completion.
- Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources. Specially Production & Finance
- Purchase Order & OES checking :Getting Orders Punched in system
- Sales Report: Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Sales report
- Marketing Goodies Handling & ordering : Exhibition Preparation, Coordination with Vendors
- Follow-up for payment with Dealer & Direct Customers & Proforma Invoice submission
Additional Comments:
- Coordinate with Production & finance closely
- Good Interaction and Ready to take challenges
Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job:
- Experience and knowledge of Excel / Power Point, Coordination with team, Vendor
Working Conditions:
- Should be able to handle vendors and ready to Travel
Additional Requirements:
- Good Communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Should be a good team player
- Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written
- Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented
