  1. 3-4 years of experience in Cyber Security SOC
  2. Effectively communicate and manage regular update dissemination on the incident's progress, findings, containment measures, and expected timelines.
  3. Prepare incident reports summarizing the incident, response actions, and improvement recommendations.
  4. Collaborate with Level 2 (L2) and Level 3 (L3) teams to refine alerting rules and procedures, reducing false positives and enhancing detection capabilities.
  5. Effectively collaborate between client teams, leadership teams, technical teams, and other stakeholders.
  6. Review resolved tickets for accurate remediation/ closure comments.
  7. Share technical details and remediation progress to facilitate resolution efforts.
  8. Basic Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, DNS & Linux operating systems.
  9. Basic Knowledge of SOAR/ SIEM technologies, working with playbooks (Cortex, Phantom, Demisto).

Education: B.tech, B.Sc, BCA and other relevant qualifucation.
