General Summary:
Under the direction of the Community Planning & Engagement Director, provides organizational support in overseeing the programs and activities available to senior citizens. Assists the Director in gathering and reviewing of budget data from service providers, inputs and tracks FASBE payment vouchers, calculates and prepares appropriate spreadsheets, records, files and reports. Researches senior citizen issues and concerns as needed. Provides program reviews and technical assistant to the Director and performs all duties of the office in his/her absence.
Employment Qualifications:
Education: High School graduate or equivalent. College coursework preferred in any of the following: Business, Counseling, Gerontology, Social Work, Communications, or related field of study.
Experience: Minimum of four (4) years experience working directly with the senior population or non-profit agency dealing with client services required. Two (2) years experience in Microsoft Office, Publisher, PDF is required.
Valid Driver’s License required.
