Resourcing Coordinator

The Resourcing Coordinator key responsibility is to ensure a smooth recruitment process is followed across the alliance comprising of five partner organisations.
The role serves as a central point of coordination, ensuring visibility, consistency, and compliance across the alliance for recruitment in the current phase.
The role will grow as the project builds and will become a valued member of the resourcing wider team.
Accountabilities:
• Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date tracker of all vacancies across the alliance, including key milestones
• Liaise regularly with recruitment leads from each partner organisation to obtain timely updates and ensure alignment with shared processes.
• Monitor the status of vacancies and confirm when positions have been successfully filled
• Ensure that all required documentation-such as job descriptions and onboarding materials is completed and filed in accordance with alliance standards
• Support the HR team in preparing regular reports and dashboards that provide insights into recruitment activity across the alliance
• Act as a central point of contact for queries related to recruitment coordination and documentation
• Contribute to the development and refinement of a smooth recruitment and onboarding experience to enhance efficiency and consistency across the alliance

Experience:
• Demonstrable experience in a recruitment coordination, HR administration, or resourcing support role
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy under pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across diverse teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and familiarity with tracking and reporting tools
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to maintaining data integrity
• Experience Ideally within a multi-stakeholder or partnership environment
