Job Title: Associate Vice President (AVP), Sales & Delivery – RevCycle Division

Reports To: Vice President, RevCycle Division

Location: Tampa (with travel to corporate offices and client sites as needed)

Role Summary:

The Associate Vice President (AVP) of Sales & Delivery is responsible for leading the Account Executive team within the RevCycle division. This role bridges sales strategy with operational execution, overseeing client acquisition, account growth, service delivery, and AE performance management. The AVP ensures alignment across sales, recruiting, and compliance teams to drive revenue and gross margin targets while maintaining service quality and consultant retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Growth Leadership

- Set strategy for acquiring new clients and expanding share within existing accounts.
 - Support AEs in lead generation, pipeline management, RFP responses, and negotiations.
 - Partner with VP and corporate leadership on pricing, contract structure, and go-to-market strategy.

Delivery Oversight

- Oversee delivery success across Coding, CDI, Case Management, and HIM engagements.
 - Resolve service issues, consultant escalations, and delivery delays swiftly and professionally.
 - Work with Recruiting and Credentialing to ensure timely onboarding and alignment of candidate quality.

Team Leadership

- Manage AE performance through structured KPIs and regular coaching.
 - Drive accountability for revenue generation, consultant headcount, and client satisfaction.
 - Identify and develop high-potential sales talent for future leadership roles.

Operational Execution

- Forecast revenue and headcount accurately.
 - Ensure compliance with CRM, reporting, and documentation standards.
 - Collaborate cross-functionally to improve internal processes and reduce SG&A waste.

Qualifications:

- 7+ years of experience in healthcare staffing or RevCycle sales leadership
 - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and gross margin goals
 - Deep understanding of Coding, CDI, Case Management, and HIM services
 - Skilled in people management, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration
