Position Details
Responsibilities include processing enrollment applications for commercial health plan payers and managing ongoing participation requirements for all enrolled practitioners. The role also involves populating, maintaining, and updating credentialing communication tools; overseeing all aspects of external credentialing and re-credentialing for providers and clinicians, including collecting provider information, entering data into systems such as CAQH and CHAMPS, completing applications, and following up with insurance carriers; and maintaining active communication with insurance carriers to ensure credentialing profiles and rosters remain accurate and up to date.

Position Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of credentialing experience is required.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with insurance carriers.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines effectively.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with proficiency in Excel.
Ability to independently problem-solve and research new projects.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
