Role Overview
Aon’s Strategy and Technology Group (STG) is seeking an experienced Product Management Leader to accelerate the development of our Pricing and Product Management advisory business focused on clients in the insurance industry. This role will lead client engagements, generate revenue, and build out the Product Management practice within Aon’s STG P&C Solutions team.
Key Responsibilities
Market Strategy & Product Development
- Lead the development of commercial and specialty lines insurance products by identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitor offerings, and gathering client needs.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with client goals and market conditions.
- Champion innovation in product design and delivery using data-driven insights.
Pricing Strategy
- Develop and implement pricing strategies based on data analysis, loss experience, market conditions, and regulatory requirements.
- Leverage predictive modeling and analytics to refine pricing and improve risk segmentation.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Partner with underwriting, product, claims, legal, actuarial, and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.
- Promote collaboration across teams to ensure seamless execution of product and profitability strategies.
Client Collaboration & Advisory
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, offering recommendations on product development, pricing strategies, and performance improvements.
- Lead client engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and long-term value.
- Support business development efforts by crafting proposals, presenting thought leadership, and identifying growth opportunities.
Regulatory & Compliance
- Ensure all products meet regulatory standards and guide clients through filings and approvals.
- Stay informed on regulatory changes and advise clients on necessary adjustments.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Monitor product performance using key metrics such as market share, conversion ratio, retention rate, frequency, severity, loss ratio, and combined ratio.
- Recommend and implement enhancements based on performance data and market shifts.
Talent Development & Team Culture
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
- Implement effective performance management practices and participate in recruitment efforts.
Skills and Experience
- 15+ years of experience in P&C commercial and specialty lines product management or pricing.
- Strong knowledge of insurance product development, pricing methodologies, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.
- Proven leadership in client-facing roles, with a track record of delivering strategic pricing and modeling solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence executive stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and collaborate across teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management/Administration, Mathematics, Finance, Actuarial Science, Economics, or other analytics related field.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $225,000 to $275,000 USD. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
