Position Duties
EXPERIENCE SUBSTITUTION:
Every 15 semester hours earned from an accredited college or university will be credited as six months of experience.

Job Duties:
1. Serve as timekeeper for the division. Ensure employees properly submit timekeeping data and also verify data is entered correctly.
2. Sorts, opens, and distributes incoming mail to staff; associates incoming correspondence with files or related materials needed for meetings, correspondence, and reports. Responds to requests for information.
3. Prepares documents for routing and materials for submittal to the Electronic Data Management System (EDMS).

Appointment Type: probational appointment, job appointment (a temporary appointment not to exceed four years), or promotion of a permanent classified employee. If the position is filled as a job appointment, it could be converted to a probationary appointment should funding become available.
