Job Description
Responsible for analysis and evaluation of user business problems and development of business system or process recommendations to meet requirements, including problem definition, evaluation of requirements, and implementation of systems/processes.
May participate in business systems planning to define or upgrade business applications or functional solutions.
May serve as business liaison to IT.
This role may involve a significant amount of project management.
Project management responsibilities include managing internal non-technical business projects from initiation through completion.
Leads project planning, resourcing, staffing, progress reporting, issue resolution and delivery of results.
Interprets requirements, identifies project scope, plans and directs schedules, monitors project budgets, assigns tasks and tracks performance and milestone achievement.
Recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments, resource additions or scope changes.
Ensures effective communication across teams/functions.
Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the business.
Requires people and resource management through others, and may include leading third-party resources.
Qualifications
Generally, requires minimal to no prior relevant work experience.
- Maintain and build relationships with existing and new customers to ensure high level of service satisfaction
- Manage daily sales-oriented activities such as sales quotations, order bookings, and other documentation such as filling-up & sending document required by the Korean companies (example contract & matter of consent document). Familiarity of HWP system to access Korean’s document format.
- Utilization of SAP CRM for updating the funnel, reporting generating ECC/CPQ quotation and RTU carts
- Utilizing RTU or RTUQ links, increase onboarding of customers to purchase via the online store (eCommerce)
- Timely respond to calls/emails for the fast-paced business:
- Order booking within defined TAT.
- Quote creation and revisions.
- Handing hardcopy requirements related to contract for Government accounts with preparing application form for company stamp & seal uses with approval. After then, scan & send softcopy to customers by email and send hardcopy to customers as needed.
- Parts logistics (send & collect using courier service) for return parts from customer sites after Buy & Try promotion, demo promotion, DEFOA, marketing events, etc.
