Your Job:  (GP) is searching for aspiring Consumer Products Professionals to join our full-time entry level rotational development program in Finance. This unique opportunity is 12-18-month training program​, starting in January 2026 or June 2026, dependent on candidate graduation date. Upon completion of the 12-18 months of cross functional finance and analytical rotations, participants will transition into a permanent role that best compliments their skillset and will fill a real business need across geographic areas where there is current demand.​Our Team: The JumpStart program is an entry level development program and is one of the future talent pipelines for GP Consumer Product Group (CPG). This program will allow entry level talent to get training and exposure to various cross-functional capabilities while mutually creating value. We enable and advance skill building for a quicker impact when employees are hired in their full-time role.​ Location: This is an onsite role supporting our  team at our corporate HQ in . In this visible and collaborative role, a regular weekly onsite presence is required. Our familiar consumer brands include: ®, ®, ®, ®, ®, ®, and ®. Check us out!  and  What You Will DoThis full-time training program with Georgia-Pacific is a unique program to gain GP Finance exposure across various capabilities including manufacturing operations, sales, category/brand management, marketing, supply chain, and more!Each rotation is customized to individual skills and interests. The core program focuses on developing business finance acumen and capability, wherein participants take a deep dive into specific CPG businesses, across both Retail and Away-From-Home categories. In this program, you will gain organizational connectivity and work on strategic projects. The successful candidate for this finance program will become fully immersed in the team/site rotation that they are assigned to and will have the ongoing support and mentorship of both their direct supervisor and a mentor.Upon completion, and/or during the cross functional rotations, you will transition into a permanent role that best complements your skillset and meets real business needs, across geographic areas where there is current demand.  Core rotation(s) may include:Corporate FP&A activities: Including forecast and planning, benchmarking, gap analysis, bet trackingSales Finance: Working directly with sales team leaders in developing sales strategies, communicating priorities, reviewing point of view materials, reviewing target pipelines, and other activities centered on sales supportManufacturing Operations: KPI analysis, cost analysis, investment analysis, benchmark reporting, initiative trackingFinancial Reporting: Comprehensive financial reporting, consolidation of reporting and analysis, results and trends, variance analysisOpportunity Valuation: Modeling marginal analysis models, NPV, IRR, ROI, building bid strategy models, drafting language for venture summaries and capital investment decision supportAs a global company spanning multiple industries and offering limitless opportunities for growth, we offer an opportunity to launch your career with us with a focus on the future.
