AI & Systems Implementation Lead

Key Responsibilities
The Role:
As an AI & Implementation Lead, you’ll report directly to the Group CEO and work closely with senior stakeholders across the business. Your mission: to explore, evaluate, and implement AI and data-led solutions that make our people more effective, our processes more efficient, and our business more future-ready.
Essentially, the role will suit someone who understands agency recruitment inside out but perhaps also has been involved in projects at work around data, CRM, strategy or lead initiatives as part of their role.
