Position Description: Senior Sales Executive (Tier -1/Tier-2)  

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, developing strong client relationships, and closing complex deals. This role is crucial for our growth, and the successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and expanding our market share.


Primary Duties: 

  • Primary Market: Hyperscale data centers and colocation data centers. 
  • Sales planning and execution on $200M quota (Tier-1), $50M (Tier-2). 
  • Strategic selling: Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales quotas. 
  • Prospecting and Lead Generation: Proactively identify, qualify, and cultivate new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry events. 
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust pipeline from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting. 
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead the negotiation process and close complex deals, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services and their value proposition. 
  • Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges. 
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience. 
  • Reporting: Maintain accurate and timely records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. 
  • Product Expertise: Become a subject matter expert on our products and services, effectively communicating their features and benefits to potential clients. 

Experience & Skills:

  • (Tier-1) Twenty plus years of experience in a senior or executive-level position. 
  • (Tier-2) Ten plus years of experience in power quality sales and sales management. 
  • Experience selling Mission Critical Power Products. 
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of the sales process. 
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently. 
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g.,Salesforce, HubSpot). 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Education: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering Preferred).
