The Marketing Strategy Coordinator will primarily support the Manager in the development, execution, and evaluation of sponsorship and marketing assets. This role assists in creating impactful activations, managing asset valuation, and compiling data-driven reports to help optimize partnership performance and overall marketing strategy.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Support the development and execution of the marketing innovation and partnership strategy, contributing directly to the corporate sales team’s $50M+ revenue goal by translating marketing concepts into measurable inventory assets through effective valuation and pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to ideate, create, and assign value to all marketing assets tied to corporate partnerships, including those associated with upsells, renewals, and new campaigns across all relevant marketing channels.
- Support the organization and maintenance of the internal marketing inventory management system (Monday.com), ensuring it is consistently updated with contract deliverables, budgets, timelines, and other critical asset data. Translate partner contracts into clearly defined deliverables on the platform, ensuring alignment between contract terms and what execution teams deliver.
- Liaise with Business Intelligence and Marketing Analytics teams to analyze branded content performance and develop marketing strategies that support internal platforms as well as both prospective and existing corporate partners.
- Manage and lead the integration, tracking, and reporting of partnership assets using platforms like ZOOMPH and Relo from the start of the season, monitoring sponsorship media value and compiling mid-season and end-of-season recap reports to evaluate asset performance.
- Collaborate with 601Analytics to develop and maintain dashboards that track digital marketing asset delivery, ensuring accurate performance reporting and data visibility across departments.
- Maintain strong cross departmental communication with internal stakeholders including corporate partnerships, and relevant marketing teams to streamline execution and data sharing related to inventory and deliverables.
- Identify, recommend, and help implement innovative tools, processes, and solutions that improve sponsorship asset management, drive revenue, and elevate the overall marketing partnership ecosystem.
- Regularly review and enhance inventory systems and structures to ensure continued relevance and performance in an evolving digital marketing environment.
- Participate in internal meetings fully prepared to deliver status updates on inventory fulfillment, asset performance, and outstanding deliverables.
- Ensure accurate tracking, documentation, and analysis of all digital content and assets delivered for corporate partners to verify contractual compliance and performance value.
- Assist in the creation of mid-season and annual recap reports that consolidate data, asset delivery, and performance outcomes for each partner.
- Support additional special projects and duties as assigned.

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or sponsorships, with a strong understanding of campaign execution and asset management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with platforms like ZOOMPH, Relo, or other tracking/reporting tools is a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable, with excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
