About the Department
As part of a Career Progression Group, vacancies may be filled from this recruitment as a (Health Information Coordinator 1, 2 or 3) depending on the level of experience of the selected applicant(s).
Pay is dependent upon applicants’ qualifications. There is an additional $1 Longevity Pay for hours worked only.
Position Duties
Two years of experience in administrative services in a medical setting.

Other Qualifications
-Provide doctors with any documents received that requires signature, then fax response back and
scan documents. (Example of documents:FMLA, disability paperwork, speech therapy, cancer rehab, home health, etc.)
-Assists with scanning all documents in patients charts especially pathology reports, hospital booking, medical clearance as needed.
-Assists with preparation of ordering any supplies as needed
-Communicates and collaborates with Dental Program Coordinator regarding Implant patients and representatives for hardware, implants, and materials.
