- What You’ll Do:
Act as a strategic advisor to division leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business goals to foster a positive, efficient, and compliant work environment. - Serve as a trusted expert to leadership on employee relations, performance management, conflict resolution, and complex investigations.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to develop data-driven strategies and solutions.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risk by staying current on labor laws and regulations.
- Lead key HR projects and initiatives, from conception to implementation.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to other HR Business Partners and Generalists.
- Build collaborative relationships with union representatives (experience a plus).
What You Bring:
Experience: 7+ years as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist, with deep expertise in employee relations and strategic advising.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification is highly desired.
Skills:
- Expert knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
- Exceptional judgment, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong analytical skills and comfort using HRIS systems (ADP a plus).
- Proven ability to influence and advise senior leadership.
Requirements: Ability to travel regularly to various program locations across Massachusetts. A hybrid schedule of remote and on-site work is required.
