Summary of Position:
This position is responsible for directing and managing the daily operations and projects of the computer operations department and also responsible for leading the IT team, of support personnel, to efficiently and effectively carry out IT projects and support the company’s users with company communication and IT infrastructure and systems.
Corporate:
- Adheres to the Georgia Seating system policies and procedures and leads others in same
- Complies with all HTGSS Certification standards; Management System (TS16949), Environmental ISO 14001-2015 and Health and Safety ISO 45001-2018 policies and procedures
- Treats all HTGSS team members with respect and professional courtesy
- Always maintain pro-team member environment.
- Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget
- Performs special assignments as required by management.
Technical:
- Be familiar with all hardware and software(MES, SAP, MS365, AD, SERVER/NETWORK/Technical security)
- Provide recommendations about accessing information and support.
- Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects.
- Comprehensive response to emergency measures in the event of IT-related failures/issues
- Preserves assets by implementing disaster recovery and back-up procedures and information security and control structures.
- Deliver to your team security task when request come from HQ(make sure your team is aware), and to manage your department’s security documents and assets as the Department security officer.
- Establish and maintain security governance frame works and structures to ensure effective oversight and accountability.
- Develop and implement processes for reporting and communicating security incidents to appropriate stake holders, including executives, legal counsel, and regulatory bodies. Ensure that incident reports are timely, accurate, and comprehensive
Leadership:
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of information systems.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures for electronic data processing and computer systems operations and development.
- Meet with managers to discuss system requirements, specifications, costs and timelines.
- Actively introduce new ideas or solution to business for continuous improvement.
- Hire and manage information systems personnel and contractors to design, develop, implement, operate and administer computer and telecommunications software, networks information systems.
- Control the computer systems budgets and expenditures
- Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
Software Skills Required
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Windows/Linux server and domain services (including backup/duplication/AD)
- Cisco networking systems and services
- Technical Security (Firewall/EDR/SASE/DLP/SAC/DAC/NAC/Production security/MFA etc)
- Strong proficiency with ERP(SAP)/MES
- Strong proficiency with LAN, WAN, VPN, IPSEC Networking skills
