If you thrive on variety and want to make a direct impact across the organization, this could be the role for you!

Innovation is at the heart of who we are. We use an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking approach resulting in high quality products that are consistently recognized by both the industry and consumers.

Our commitment to quality has made Palermo’s a leader in private label frozen Pizza and contract manufacturing!

Perks…

  • 20 free Pizzas per month
  • Reimbursement for safety shoes, prescription safety glasses and tools
  • Free uniforms

Where you’ll work…

This role is based at our flagship frozen pizza manufacturing facility on Canal Street in Milwaukee’s Menomonee River Valley—a state-of-the-art facility that includes an on-site bakery, high-speed packaging lines, and a 24-hour shipping operation.

Our Maintenance Team contributes to Palermo’s success by ensuring that our Plant operates at a world-class level with production uptimes over 98%.

When you’ll work…

This is a full-time onsite position based at our Canal Street location, generally following standard business hours. Flexibility may be required to provide support outside of normal hours during system updates, application rollouts, or urgent issue resolution.

What you’ll do…

  • Monitor performance and proactively address potential disruptions.
  • Participate in testing and validation efforts during application changes or upgrades.

What you bring…
