Competitive Pay:
$22–$25/hour (based on experience and location), plus monthly performance-based bonuses, meal allowances, paid training, and travel reimbursements.
Travel Perks:
100% travel position with expenses covered—lodging, fuel, meals, and mileage. Most travel is regional, home most weekends.

What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to travel out of state Monday–Friday (home most weekends).
- A reliable vehicle that can carry a 6-foot extension ladder and handle long drives.
- Physical agility: Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions, climbing ladders up to 30 feet, and carrying up to 50 pounds day to day.
- Tech-savvy: Proficient with iPads, laptops, and phone applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when following client-specific instructions.
- Desire and affinity to perform solo, autonomous field work.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
Drive or fly to inspect commercial properties (such as malls and warehouses). Use tools like 3D cameras, laser measures, and software to locate and record assets and details. Access rooftops, parking, and interior spaces to record precise data such as window measurements, square footage, sprinklers, HVAC, landscaping, and utility meter information, dumpster sizes, signage, photos, and more).
Professionally communicate and collaborate with property managers, utility companies, and team members across the country to solve on-the-spot challenges. Validate data accuracy and deliver high-quality projects to meet client specifications and project deadlines.
You’ll Succeed If You Have Experience In:
- Site surveys, property inspections, CAD, or GIS mapping.
- Hands-on work like plumbing, construction, HVAC, or electrical.
- Roles that combine independence, tech skills, and fieldwork, such as land surveying, utility locating, archaeology, drone photography, or park management.
