Job Summary:

The Marketing Events & Campaign Specialist plays a key role in bringing our brand to life through dynamic events and strategic marketing campaigns. This hybrid role blends event planning expertise with campaign execution to elevate brand awareness, engage audiences, and support business growth. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker and detail-oriented project manager with a strong grasp of both B2B and B2C marketing strategies.

Primary Functions:

Event Planning & Execution

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of marketing events, including trade shows, travel expos, and customer appreciation events.
  • Manage all event logistics, from pre-event planning to on-site execution and post-event follow-up.

Campaign Development & Management

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
  • Align campaign strategies with brand objectives to drive engagement and conversion.

Vendor & Venue Coordination

  • Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors, venues, and third-party partners to ensure seamless events and campaign execution.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize future initiatives and maximize ROI.

On-Site Event Management

  • Lead on-site event execution, coordinating logistics, managing staff, and resolving issues in real time to ensure a flawless experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams—including Sales, Customer Service, and Product—to align marketing efforts with broader business goals and ensure cohesive messaging.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred. 
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience required.
  • Proven experience in marketing event planning and campaign management
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Proficient in managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of current marketing trends and tools
  • Experience with both B2B and B2C marketing strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with marketing platforms a plus

Salary Range: $40,000 - $69,000
