Description

Woods Fuller Law Firm is seeking an experienced full-time Paralegal to join our fast-paced Business and Estate Planning practice groups. Successful candidate will have the ability to demonstrate excellent organization skills, attention to detail and communications skills, and be a motivated, hardworking team player with impeccable organization and communication skills. 


Duties Include: 

· Communicating directly and effectively with attorneys, clients, staff, clerk’s offices, and other relevant contacts.

· Professionally assisting attorneys and staff with general duties required of a paralegal.

· Attendance at the execution of wills, real estate closings, depositions, court and administrative hearings and trials.

· Conduct UCC searches; assisting with real estate and commercial transactions.

· Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks under time constraints;

· Provide outstanding client-centered service;

· Draft corporate maintenance documents;

· Prepare tax and regulatory filings;

· Prepare estate and probate documents;

· Meet with Clients

 

Education:

· Bachelor's (Preferred)


Schedule:

8 hours per day

Monday to Friday

Requirements

Skills required:

· Knowledge of legal principles and practices;

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft products;

· Strong organization and prioritization skills;

· Strong ability to work independently;

· Strong interpersonal skills;

· Strong attention to detail;

· Willingness to work occasional overtime or adjusted hours as needed;

Professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.
