- Represent the property at trade shows, industry events, and sales missions to attract new business.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations.

- Work closely with operational teams to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.
Requirements
Education/Formal Training:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing market share.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and inspire team members.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with an in-depth understanding of the sales process.
- Advanced knowledge of sales strategies for group, corporate, and transient markets.
- Proficiency in sales management software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales performance.

- Flexibility to travel and work irregular hours as needed to meet business demands.
