About the Support Manager position
DartNode.com is looking for a Support Manager who’s passionate about technology, datacenters, and helping customers. In this role, you’ll lead our support team, making sure our customers get fast, friendly, and reliable help when they need it.

Support Manager responsibilities are:
Lead and motivate the support team to deliver top-notch customer service
Work directly with customers on tickets, chats, and calls when needed
Be the go-to person for tricky support cases and make sure issues get solved quickly
Create and improve processes so the team works smoothly and customers stay happy
Write and share knowledge base articles for customers and staff
Help with datacenter operations and assist in deployments when needed
Keep an eye on support performance (response times, satisfaction) and suggest improvements
Support Manager requirements are:
1+ year experience in technical support, help desk, or customer service (management experience is a plus but not required)
Strong interest in servers, networking, and datacenter operations
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
A team player who enjoys coaching others and working with technology
Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Bonus requirements are:
- Experience with Proxmox
- Experience with Juniper Switches and Routers
- Experience with BGP and other networking protocols
