Status: Part-Time Hourly FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt
Summary of Position: Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Dauphin County Clinic Program.
- Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Must be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/365 – Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software)
- Must have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Associates degree is generally preferred.
- Minimum requirement High School diploma or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third-party billing is helpful.
- Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) system is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills and organized
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) applicants are a plus.
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance coverage.
