- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science or related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in modern programming languages such as Java, with a strong background in asynchronous programming, high-performance applications, and system design—including microservices, databases (SQL/NoSQL), message queues, and API development.
- Hands-on experience with asynchronous programming paradigms (e.g., futures/promises, coroutines, reactive streams) and building high-performance services
- Keen interest in agentic AI and prompt engineering with willingness to rapidly learn and apply new AI technologies to solve business problems
- Scripting and automation experience for tooling, deployment pipelines, and system integration tasks
- Proficiency with modern development workflows: Git, CI/CD, automated testing, and observability tooling.
