Senior Business Controller (m/f/d 100%)
Your main responsibilities
The Senior Business Controller serves as a business partner in driving financial performance, operational efficiency and business growth. This role is responsible for the controlling activities at the Locarno manufacturing site, including product and standard cost accounting, forecasting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
- Participate in month-end closings and prepare monthly reports for the plant and the group
- Analyze monthly manufacturing variances and identify areas for improvement, in line with the group guidelines
- Prepare and manage the annual budget and the quarterly forecasts
- Develop and maintain accurate standard costing, interacting with various stakeholders
- Provide financial guidance to the Plant Manager and other functional leaders, ensuring compliance with local and group norms
What you bring
- Bachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similar
- At least 5 years’ experience as a controller in manufacturing operations environment.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Fluent in Italian, English and German
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office, Power BI
