Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and hands-on Technical Program Manager to join our team. As a core member of the Project Management Office (PMO), you will help deliver essential solutions to the US National Security sector.
As a Technical Program Manager, you will work with diverse teams and technologies to help build our flagship product - Ark. You have a strong understanding of the technology stack and can quickly learn and adapt as the stack evolves. You have an acute focus on creating repeatable, optimized, and scalable processes to monitor, track, and report on the status of product development. You excel at seeing the big picture and all moving parts, and can effectively drive the team to meet the goal.
In order to do this job well, you must be a highly organized problem-solver and possess excellent oral and written communication skills. You are independent, driven, and motivated to jump in and roll up your sleeves to get the job done. You lead by influence and motivation. You have a passion for great work and nothing less than your best will do. You share our intolerance of mediocrity. You’re uber-smart, challenged by figuring things out and producing simple solutions to complex problems. Knowing there are always multiple answers to a problem, you know how to engage in a constructive dialogue to find the best path forward.
This role is a full-time position located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.
This role may require up to 20% travel.
