Tenant Sales Coordinator bei Kimcorealty

******Unless specifically contracted, resumes from recruiting agencies are not being accepted for this position.****** We are currently seeking a Tenant Sales Coordinator to handle the following responsibilities:

• Process percentage rent billings timely

• Manage internal and external requests

• Compile source data and automate distribution via email merges - missing sales letters

• Follow up on missing sales if percentage rent was previously billed

• Generate MRI gross sales reports

• Update tenant sales information in MRI

• Manage sales tasks in Salesforce

• Work with offshore team on retail setups in MRI

• Manage contact cases

• Assist and manage audit requests

• Assist with other special projects/responsibilities

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent, relevant experience

• 2+ years commercial real estate knowledge

• Prior work experience utilizing strong administrative skills

• Ability to interact effectively with a range of internal and external customers

• Demonstrated proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn internal systems and ability to multi-task
