Consumer Relations Specialist 1

PRIMARY DUTIES:

  • Protect and support the Zippo brand by learning to anticipate, prepare, and uphold company policies.
  • Support, fulfill, and resolve inquiries via mail, telephone, and email.
  • Demonstrate ability to assimilate and apply technical knowledge of Zippo, Case, and Ronson Consumer Product divisions and products.
  • Assist Consumers in understanding the stipulations of various product guarantees, including the lifetime guarantee for Zippo Windproof lighter, the limited lifetime guarantee for Case products, and the one-year warranty for all Ronson products.
  • Confidential handling of all information
  • Maintain adding helpful information into Salesforce for proper reporting.
  • Trouble-shoot consumer problems, rectify existing problems, and produce value-added consumer experiences, by establishing a rapport with consumers and demonstrating confidence in the product. The CRS 1 represents the “face” of Zippo to consumers, spending approximately 80% of each workday in consumer interaction.
  • Provide switchboard coverage
  • Perform related duties or special assignments as directed.

EDUCATION AND ADDITIONAL ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of Associates Degree or at least 2-year equivalent training or experience
  • One to two years of experience in relevant field preferred
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

***This is an office hourly, full on-site position located in Bradford, PA***
