Marketing Communications Specialist bei John H Carter Company

Essential Duties

• Assist with the development and implementation of marketing material and events to promote the products and services of the Company
• Coordinate social media presence traffic; Schedule and publish content
• Maintain image, template and logo library for use in developing and supporting marketing efforts, both internal and external
• Coordinate promotional items marketplace
• Coordinate and distribute event collateral and displays for sponsored events, trade shows and recruitment events; Maintain arrangements for scheduling, reserving and check-out/in of kits and collateral to ensure quality presentation and visibility
• Monitor company websites and collateral to ensure data is correct and up to date and document any change requirements.
• Create and maintain day to day project management and coordination records
• Maintain and record automated email campaigns activity
• Update digital job postings weekly in conjunction with HR
• Assist all departments with outbound communications initiatives
• This job is demanding in terms of knowledge skills, commitment, and all other job-related qualifications. Urgency and pressure for prompt, accurate results are routine.  Multi-tasking and the ability to handle and manage interruptions is expected.
• Regular and predictable attendance is essential for this position.
• Must be able to drive a company owned vehicle which includes meeting specified criteria to do so, as well as following all policies and requirements to remain in good standing.
