Position Overview

The Marketing Director will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that fuels company growth. This includes attracting new homeowners, increasing repeat service from existing customers, and expanding our service agreement program. The role requires a balance of high-level strategy, hands-on execution, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage multi-channel campaigns (digital, social, direct mail, radio, TV, and community sponsorships).
• Optimize SEO, PPC, and lead generation funnels to lower cost per lead.
• Build brand awareness through reputation management, review generation, and local partnerships.
• Launch targeted promotions tied to seasonal demand (summer cooling, winter heating, IAQ products).

Existing Customer Engagement

• Lead customer retention strategies: tune-up reminders, membership renewals, loyalty offers.
• Oversee the Service Club (maintenance agreement) marketing program to increase sign-ups and retention.
• Create segmented customer communications via email, text, and CRM campaigns.
• Develop referral programs and customer loyalty incentives.

Analytics & Strategy

• Track and report on marketing KPIs: lead volume, cost per lead, conversion rate, membership growth, retention rate.
• Manage marketing budget effectively, allocating spend toward the highest ROI channels.
• Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to executive leadership.

Team & Vendor Management

• Lead internal marketing staff and/or coordinate with external agencies.
• Train technicians and CSRs to effectively communicate the value of service memberships.
• Oversee vendors for digital marketing, creative, and media buying

Qualifications:

• 3+ years in a marketing leadership role (home services experience a plus, but not required)
• Strong background in digital marketing, CRM management, and customer retention strategies.
• Proven track record of driving growth through both new customer acquisition and existing customer programs.
• Experience managing a marketing team and external vendors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

COMPENSATION: Salary + Bonus  range from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and a long-term career path
