Key responsibilities:
- Ensure shipments go out within ship window by coordinating with logistics
- Key liaison between IT and sales to maintain customer needs from both an operational and logistics within the system
- Maintain & update Customer Master Database by working with sales & logistics
- Create & maintain key reports
- Utilize available analysis to identify key opportunities & risks
- Assist in projecting & submitting basic shipments for key customers
- Utilize SAP & BIS to pull reports
- Responsible for tracking of Seasonal Stock Program and at once Stock Planning – booking, track selling, planning, reporting
- Assist Planning team to help achieve department goals
Required qualifications:
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- General understanding of the department store business and how to analyze the business with “retail math” (ie., VMT reports, sell through, on-hands, inventory, and margin) with room to grow
- General comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives
- Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
- BS College Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)
