Key responsibilities:

  • Ensure shipments go out within ship window by coordinating with logistics
  • Key liaison between IT and sales to maintain customer needs from both an operational and logistics within the system
  • Maintain & update Customer Master Database by working with sales & logistics
  • Create & maintain key reports
  • Utilize available analysis to identify key opportunities & risks
  • Assist in projecting & submitting basic shipments for key customers
  • Utilize SAP & BIS to pull reports
  • Responsible for tracking of Seasonal Stock Program and at once Stock Planning – booking, track selling, planning, reporting
  • Assist Planning team to help achieve department goals


Required qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of retail experience
  • General understanding of the department store business and how to analyze the business with “retail math” (ie., VMT reports, sell through, on-hands, inventory, and margin) with room to grow
  • General comfort level with public speaking and conducting presentations to retail executives
  • Excellent computer skills with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
  • BS College Degree (preferably in Business or Fashion Merchandising)

The expected base salary range for this position is from $70,000 - $72,000 annually. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
