We are seeking a Permit Coordinator I or II to assist/manage the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects involving utilities. 

Permit Coordinator I Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and submission of permit applications for projects involving utilities, natural gas, civil, electrical, mechanical, or other related. 

Permit Coordinator I Requirements:

• 2-year degree in a related field or 2 years administrative experience.
• Basic understanding of or ability to learn regulatory requirements and permitting
  processes.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Permit Coordinator II Responsibilities: 

• Mid-level position responsible for managing the preparation and submission of
  permit applications for projects involving utilities, natural gas, civil, electrical,
  mechanical, or other related disciplines. This role involves greater autonomy and
  responsibility, including direct coordination with regulatory agencies and project
  stakeholders. 

Permit Coordinator II Requirements:

• 2-year degree in a related field or 2 years administrative experience.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in permitting or regulatory compliance.

• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and permitting processes.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
