Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support to end-users, resolving hardware, software, and networking issues
- Support and troubleshoot Windows and macOS operating systems
- Assist with Microsoft 365 administration and user management
- Configure, maintain, and support desktop hardware, laptops, and peripherals
- Monitor and troubleshoot LAN, WiFi, and VPN connectivity issues
- Support IT security practices across devices, accounts, and systems
- Escalate complex issues where necessary while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- 1–3 years working in an IT role (Support, Helpdesk, or System Administration)
- Working Knowledge of DELTEK PIM
- Good knowledge of Windows and/or macOS
- Basic experience with Microsoft 365 management
- Experience supporting end-users with hardware and software
- Familiarity with troubleshooting common desktop and network issues
- Understanding of networking fundamentals: LAN, WiFi, VPN's
- Knowledge of IT security best practices
Nice to Haves
- Exposure to Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms
- Experience with Active Directory and endpoint management tools
- Familiarity with IT project coordination or vendor management
