How You’ll Make an Quality Assurance Engineer
- Define and implement robust QA strategies and automated test frameworks.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product managers to shape acceptance criteria and testing scenarios.
- Execute functional, performance, security, and load testing using tools such as Playwright, K6, and Postman.
- Own QA sign-off, ensuring release readiness and stability.
- Introduce and leverage AI-driven testing and observability tools to accelerate automation, self-heal test cases, and detect anomalies early.
- Mentor junior QA engineers and foster a culture of quality across teams.
What We’re Looking for from You
- 2–5 years of QA experience, ideally in enterprise software.
- Strong expertise in Playwright, Cypress, or Selenium.
- Hands-on programming skills in TypeScript/JavaScript and Java.
- Experience building and maintaining automation frameworks in CI/CD pipelines.
- Knowledge of AWS services (ECS, Lambda, RDS, S3, SNS, SQS).
- Proficiency in Postgres and DynamoDB databases.
- Familiarity with observability tools (CloudWatch, Grafana, Signoz).
- Track record in performance and security testing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Interest or experience in AI-driven testing platforms (e.g., Testim, Mabl, LLM-based frameworks).
