Long-Lewis of Florence is looking for a motivated and dependable sales consultant to join our team! Most of our sales consultants earn between 90-150k annually, and we pride ourselves for being a no-hassle, no-haggle automotive group of over 

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

• Understand and present vehicle features, accessories, pricing, and financing options

• Build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business

• Follow up with leads and maintain a customer database (CRM)

• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance targets

• Stay current on inventory, industry trends, and dealership promotions

• Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Job Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

• Willingness to learn and follow dealership sales processes

• Must pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required

• Previous sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and self-motivation

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Comfortable using technology (CRM systems, mobile devices, etc.)
