We are seeking a Program Partner to join our dynamic team at Early Start Discovery Space. In this hands-on role, you’ll lead the design and delivery of innovative programs that connect research, education, and community, creating meaningful learning experiences for children and their families. Working closely with the Education Partnership Coordinator, you’ll develop and implement offerings such as school excursions, public programs, research translation initiatives, and special events. You’ll collaborate with Early Start staff, UOW researchers, students, and external partners to bring these programs to life. The role also includes maintaining a safe, welcoming environment and ensuring best practices in risk management, resource upkeep, and visitor experience.
Early Start is a visionary initiative of the University of Wollongong, housed within the Faculty of Arts, Social Sciences and Humanities (ASSH). It brings together researchers, educators, and community partners to improve life outcomes for children, particularly those in regional and remote areas. At the heart of Early Start is the Discovery Space, a unique, research-informed play and learning environment where ideas are translated into action.
