Support Technician and Implementation Specialist

 

Position

The position is for a motivated Level 3 support technician and implementation specialist that will require the following:

 

  • The ability to duplicate system problems and define root causes, using product designs, code, or specifications
  • The ability to investigate data related issues by directly querying a SQL Server database.  A thorough knowledge of the system database schema and the ability to write complex queries will be needed
  • A thorough understanding of cloud infrastructure and configuration including the use of online diagnostic and monitoring tools
  • The ability to read C Sharp code and use a development environment such as Visual Studio for investigation
  • A thorough understanding in the use of other testing and diagnostic tools such as Postman and Chrome Developer tools
  • The ability to implement and support pharmacy dispense system integrations.  This will require specialist knowledge in each of the supported dispense systems and integration models.
  • Produce and maintain detailed documentation for dispense system integrations

 

Skills:

  • Positive phone manner
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Effective problem-solving methodology
  • Effective technical support for customers
  • A strong knowledge of SQL Server and SQL Server Management Studio
  • A basic understanding of C Sharp
  • A strong knowledge of AWS and Azure 
  • A strong knowledge of various development, testing and diagnostic tools

 

Experience:

  • Knowledge of pharmacy DAA packing
  • Previous technical support experience highly desirable

 

Work Conditions:

  • Melbourne based- Eastern suburbs.
  • Occasional local & interstate travel for industry conferences.
