Job Description:Who You’ll Work With
At Arista Networks, you’ll partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Support, IT, and Product teams. As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in gathering and refining business requirements, documenting the business processes and systems, and effectively communicating technical requirements to engineers and non-technical requirements to the business.
This is a high-impact, collaborative role that combines strong business acumen with deep Salesforce platform knowledge to support and enhance Sales Cloud and Service Cloud processes.
What You’ll Do
- Work directly with business stakeholders to gather, document, and refine functional requirements related to Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Lead requirement grooming sessions and process mapping exercises to translate business needs into Salesforce capabilities.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend Salesforce-based process optimizations.
- Collaborate with development teams to define user stories, test cases, acceptance criteria, and solution design.
- Configure Salesforce declaratively (flows, validation rules, page layouts, reports) to support business initiatives.
- Support feature releases by coordinating UAT, training end users, and managing post-deployment feedback loops.
- Evaluate new Salesforce releases to identify opportunities for business value.
- Create and maintain documentation for functional specifications, requirement documents, process flows, and change management.
- Provide training materials and documentation to support business and end-users.
- 5–6 years of experience in a Salesforce Business Analyst or Admin role.
- Strong command of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with a clear understanding of how to align platform capabilities with business objectives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead requirements workshops, design reviews, and cross-functional grooming sessions.
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration: Flows, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, and Reports/Dashboards.
- Deep knowledge of data and access models: users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and record-level security.
- Good understanding of case lifecycle, opportunities, quotes, and products.
- Familiarity with change management and agile delivery practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications (any two preferred):
- Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
- Service Cloud Consultant
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Jira is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration patterns using REST/SOAP/Bulk APIs.
- Proficiency with Excel for data analysis, and Data Loader or Workbench for data operations.
- B.Tech, MBA, or equivalent degree in a technical or analytical discipline.
