Pay Rate: $18.32 per hour. Employees have the opportunity to receive salary increases as they progress through our tiered training program.
Schedule Monday -Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
Objective: To provide excellent customer service to our customers and to perform various warehouse functions as determined by the Warehouse Supervisor.
Minimum Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years related experience and/or training
- Basic computer skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work in various departments of the warehouse as determined by workflow
- Support quality initiatives and procedures as defined by our customers and suppliers
- Accurate receiving and shipping of products to our customers
- Responsible for timely and accurate submittal of cycle counts
- Responsible to always keep warehouse well organized and clean
- Notify purchasing department of inventory items that are out of stock or that require an adjustment to the stocking level
- Follow all company guidelines for safety in the workplace
- Accurate enter counter sales tickets, stock transfers, receiving, and billing
- Proactively request training or tools required to perform job better
- Provide excellent customer service to our customers
- Select orders, prepare shipments, palletize, and stretch wrapping pallets
- Lift up to 40lbs.
- Use warehouse equipment (carts, pallet jack, ladders)
This position demands physical strength, endurance, using industrial tools and machinery. Candidates must be comfortable with repetitive tasks, heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.), standing for a long period of time, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling and working in a fast-paced production setting
