What’s the role?

We’re looking for a Partnership & Product Manager to lead the delivery of Westpac’s Female Founders program. In March 2025, Westpac committed $1bn in funding to support female founders, and this program plays a critical role in raising awareness of our start-up and scale-up propositions.

Sitting within the Marketing and Customer Experience squad in the Business Lending division, you’ll manage partnerships, deliver events, and optimise marketing collateral to drive impact. You’ll liaise across internal and external stakeholders, manage banker queries, and brief digital and advertising teams to ensure consistent execution. This role is ideal for someone with strong partnership and event management experience, a commercial mindset, and a passion for building initiatives that deliver meaningful outcomes for female founders and the wider business.

What do I need?
  • Proven experience in partnership management and event management.
  • Strong PowerPoint and presentation skills.
  • Broad marketing skills across campaigns, collateral, and communications.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management across complex internal and external groups.
  • Commercially minded with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Desirable:

  • Understanding of banker ways of working.
  • Policy experience.
  • Experience in digital (e.g., website uplifts).
