About this opportunity:
The role shall be responsible for supporting Cloud solution for customer from SRF perspective. This essentially includes understanding solution (HLD, LLD), support, configuration, Integration, Acceptance Testing, customer coordination, documentation, and training etc. He/She should have deeper understanding on cloud, virtualization, and related Infrastructure technologies.
What you will do:
- Work within well-defined system support guidelines.
- Ensure to priorities Change Requests to meet SLA/WLA.
- Handle emergencies and if required coordinate with Emergency support.
- Handle and execute the Change Request in stipulated time frame.
- Execute system configuration changes as per given access rights.
- Analyses the solution from an end-to-end perspective, provide extensive support for HLD and LLD.
- Support of OpenStack solutions with multiple vendors and solutions like storage (SAN, NAS) and networking (SDN controller).
- Prepare Method of Procedure for configuration.
- Prepare scripts for data collection, health check and monitoring.
- Rollout of New Feature and Learning.
The skills you bring:
- Proficiency in major cloud platforms such as CEE, CVIM, CBIS, RHOSP, RHOCP and deep understanding of virtualization and containerization technologies.
- Must have good knowledge and deployment work experience of Telco Cloud
- (NFVI/MANO/Horizontal-Cloud/Vertical-Cloud).Redhat OpenStack (RHOSP) and OpenShift Container (RHOCP) Certified with Planning,Deployment, Troubleshooting hands-on experience of RHOSP (Red Hat OpenStack Platform) and RHOCP
- Hands-on experience of Virtualization Technologies on KVM, VMware, Cisco, HP,Red Hat or IBM (at least one vendor) and Knowledge of Storage solutions SAN/NAS.
- Experience with diverse hardware platforms (Huawei, HP, Cisco, Dell, etc.).
- Strong Knowledge of Operating System – RHEL, SUSE, CentOS etc.
- Strong scripting and automation experience on Python, PowerShell etc. programming language.
Key Qualification:
- Education: B.E/B.Tech in Computer Engineering/Information Technology or equivalent
- Experience: 8-12 years.
